Therapy via Instant Chat

Once payment has been made
, it may be helpful (to make the most of your time) before your first session, to send an email, introducing yourself and detailing when your session begins.  If you can, somewhere in the narrative include brief answers to the following questions:
    • What do you hope to gain from our sessions?
    • Where do you want to be? (what do you think you may need to do differently (how you think, what you do etc)?
    • What have you tried already and how did it help (or not)?
    • Is there anything we should know about you, that may help - to help you get the outcomes you want?
It may then be necessary for us to ask further background questions to support your therapy (if so, you would not be charged for this).
If you experience any problems, contact us direct, so we can help you.
