I also have an Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Psychotherapy and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Givens Psychotherapy, for which I am a registered practitioner (MHGI) - www.hgi.org.uk. In addition I have trained extensively and gained experience in dealing with all aspects of trauma (PTSD), phobias and OCD and to also work with children and adolescents.
I currently run a successful private practice offering services to both individuals and companies. I am based at a clinic in Stratford upon Avon, however I can also travel to outside this area.
My experience has been gained through individual work and with working along side professional multi-disciplinary teams of specialists. My career has been supported by in-depth and innovative psychological research for government and NHS driven projects, with training in areas as far field as EEG brain activity measure and analysis.
During my work within the hospital I addressed the behavioural and cognitive aspects of client’s behaviour. A large part of my role was to provide emotional and therapeutic support to relatives and partners. Now I draw on my own personal life experiences and training to help with ‘every day’ mental health issues for those who are struggling to cope.
I hold approved professional indemnity insurance.
