I offer counselling using an eclectic approach and incorporating my training in Human Givens psychotherapy. I am also a recognised Family Consultant for divorce lawyers and have certificates in working with disturbed children/ adolescents. Other areas I help with are: depression (major and post-natal), eating disorders, anxiety - PTSD, trauma, phobias, panic attacks, stress, bereavement, divorce and relationships, low self-esteem and addictions.
