Online therapy is currently used to treat many people with mental health problems (depression, anorexia nervosa, bulimia, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem), including those who are physically unable to seek traditional therapies.  Literally speaking online therapy can be defined as using the medium of the internet  and web based tools to practice psychotherapy and counselling.  For further information please follow the following links.
